RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send your return / exchange request to support@raftaf.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving the package.

After submitting your request via e-mail, you will receive a detailed e-mail explaining what you need to do about the return / exchange process.

We do not cover returns postage for returns shipments. All shipping & customs fees belong to the customer.
